All ok for the machines parts, good quality as agreement. Machine tested , it working nice.
The laser came with all the accessories it promised. Everything was in the suitecase so it arrived safe. I’m still learning how to use it but so far it is great. I’m happy with the performance for the price and size of the machine. You have to check the specs to know the power and materials in which it can anneal or engrave.
it has been a good laser to work with and learn. I am using LightBurn instead of ezcad and I had no issues connecting with it. Happy so far.

Product received very fast with DHL, packed very well in plywood case.Speacial thanks to Alice, great communication and very helpful with suggestions , machine is half tested but for now it looks very good and works really great. my Laser was produced in their factory and shipped out.It took 2 weeks to my doorstep.check everything to see if nothing was broken but all arrived perfectI am satisfied with how it went and this factory is definitely recommended for those who are looking for a nice Fiber Laser machine.
